Bruning Museum


Opened in 1966 it is located two blocks from the main park. It was made for the research work of 48 years of Peruvianist Enrique Bruning.

In the gardens of this beautiful museum highlights Naylamp imposing figure, founder of the dynasty of Kings of Lambayeque. The facade shows a colorful mural motif Lambayeque. Inside the main building is a sequence of four levels, including its corridors and rooms are exposed more than 1,400 archaeological pieces, demonstrations that were legacies of cultures like Lambayeque, Moche, Chavin, Vicus, Inca and others. The most important pieces dating back over 10,000 years.
